WARM Yoga: Our room is heated to 28 degrees
VINYASA Yoga: A meditative yoga practice in which the postures flow from one to another using the breath to link the movements to create a calm mind, build strength and increase flexibility.
RESTORATIVE Yoga: A slow paced yoga class with the deeper focus on safe alignment of the limbs, nurture the mind and nourish the soul.
