This class will take you through all the aspects of becoming
Australia's next Ninja Warrior.
From laches, balancing skills, hand and eye co-ordination as well
as strength and endurance.
Tiny Ninjas (4-6yrs)- Mon, Wed & Thurs at 4:00pm
Juniors (7-9yrs)- Mon & Wed at 4:00pm,
Tues, Thurs & Fridays at 4:30pm
Teens (10-15yrs) - Mon & Wed at 5:00, Fridays at 5:30pm
Advanced Ninja (11-15yrs) - Monday & Wednesday at 5:00pm
Learn to flip, roll, dive, jump in this amazing all rounded class.
With foundation movements from Gymnastics, Circus,
Parkour and Ninja training.
Juniors (5-9yrs)- Tuesdays at 4:30pm & Thursdays at 5:00pm
Teens (10-15yrs) - Tuesdays at 5:30pm & Thursdays at 6:00pm
Created by Australian fitness guru Nathan Helberg, ZUU is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that uses movements from the animal kingdom. Rather, ZUU uses seven primal and natural human movements for a full-body workout: push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge, locomotion.
Wednesdays at 5:30pm
Suitable for ages 7-12yrs any fitness level welcome.
